Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering expert guidance to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees on HR initiatives, including performance management, diversity and inclusion, professional development, promotions, and compensation.
- Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to implement and support people-focused initiatives across the organization.
- Provide timely and accurate day-to-day advisory support to employees and managers, such as coaching on performance management, addressing employee relations matters, career guidance, and mobility assistance.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders, including employee relations, employment law, and immigration/relocation teams, to resolve employee issues and support compliance.
- Manage and contribute to both planned and ad-hoc projects for HR Business Partner teams, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate records by tracking requests, logging details into systems, and updating information to provide actionable metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR Solutions teams to deliver seamless HR services to senior HR Business Partners, managers, and employees.
- Identify and analyze trends to proactively mitigate risks, improve processes, and enhance the employee experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed service delivery standards by providing exceptional guidance and support to all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Exceptional judgment with the ability to determine when to escalate issues.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences and situations.
- Proven relationship-building skills and the ability to quickly earn trust and credibility.
- Solid understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
