We are a well-established IT Consulting firm in search of an Infrastructure Project Manager for our growing team!
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for aligning internal, external, and other third-party resources, helping define projects as needed, and delivering all projects according to the scope, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals.
- Coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
- Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and define project scope and objectives.
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
- Track project costs to meet the budget.
- Assist sales / technology managers with project scoping as necessary.
- Create detailed project plans and track progress against those project base lines.
- Collaborate with internal stake holders to determine resources, ensure resource availability and scheduling / allocation.
- Establish a communication schedule to update steak holders and appropriate staff (both internal and external).
- Measure project performance vs scoping / baseline and perform the appropriate risk management to diminish project risk.
- Maintain Project Documentation.
