The IT Solutions Engineer will be responsbile for managing and developing our our most important client relationships. The IT Solutions Engineer should have 3 years of hands-on technical experience, plus a proven background advising stakeholders on best practices for IT infrastructure management.
Responsibilities :
- Perform on-site visits to measure clients'alignment to our standards and best practices.
- Remediate found issues, submit tickets, and work with our client account managers (vCIOs).
- Develop and maintain a relationship with our clients.
- Become the expert on each client's technology.
- Maintain and update client documentation and configurations.
- Review client backups and test restores.
- Recognize recurring issues and patterns for discussion and remediation.
- Participate in our rotating on call schedule for after hours and weekends.
- Troubleshoot helpdesk escalations.
