Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with expertise in Spring Boot and Python to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend systems and microservices that drive our core business applications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance Java applications using Spring Boot.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in Python for backend services and automation.
- Collaborate with teams to implement microservices architecture and APIs.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure to deploy, scale, and manage applications.
- Implement security, logging, and monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and system integration issues.
- Participate in agile development cycles, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our tech stack.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Java development with hands-on expertise in Spring Boot framework.
- Some experience in Python.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) for deploying and managing applications.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and serverless functions.
