Seeking a skilled and motivated Security Systems Technician with experience in commercial security systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting burglar alarm and access control systems, with a focus on commercial properties. Experience with CCTV and intercom systems is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, program, and maintain burglar alarm systems and access control systems for commercial clients.
- Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of security systems in commercial settings.
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections of commercial security equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Install and configure CCTV systems, including cameras, recorders, and monitors, tailored to commercial needs.
- Provide technical support for intercom systems and ensure proper functionality of communication equipment in commercial environments.
- Assist with system upgrades, including hardware and software installations, as needed.
- Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner to address customer concerns and system failures.
- Educate commercial clients on system functionality and offer technical guidance on proper usage.
- Document and track service requests, repairs, and installations using company software.
- Collaborate with the team to improve system performance and resolve complex technical issues in commercial settings.
