Seeking an experienced Senior Database Engineer with experience in building Data Warehouses / Data Marts and proficiency in PL / SQL and T-SQL. This role will involve designing, developing, and optimizing complex data solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain Data Warehouses / Data Marts for analytical and reporting purposes.
- Write complex queries using PL / SQL and T-SQL for data manipulation, transformation, and reporting.
- Develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or data marts.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and design efficient solutions.
- Optimize and fine-tune database queries and processes to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure the security and reliability of data systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues, data discrepancies, and other technical problems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in database technologies, best practices, and data management techniques.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior database developers, helping to elevate team skills and productivity.
