We are a well-established Private Equity-backed company delivering healthcare solutions to thousands of patients!
The VP of Finance will manage 4 direct reports and oversee all of our day-to-day financial operations, including revenue cycle management, billing, AR / cash collections, and contract processes.
This is a newly created role at a rapidly growing company, so there is lots of room for impact and advancement!
Responsibilities
- Manage the financial operations team, exact team size TBD, likely 3-6 direct reports.
- Lead / support all contract and revenue cycle processes (authorization, billing, AR / cash collection, etc.).
- Lead special projects, such as an ongoing NetSuite implementation and optimization project.
- Drive continuous improvement throughout the finance department.
- Help with the implementation of large-scale financial strategies for the business.
