Our Fort Wayne, IN facility is currently looking to hire a skilled assembler to join our 2nd shift Assembly Team. PHD offers a 2nd shift premium of $1.50/hr. in addition to the employee's regular wage. You will be training on day shift working 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Our 2nd shift is currently working 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and once training is completed you would move to 2nd shift.

Requirements:
- 2 years of previous assembly experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and understand prints
- Effective communication skills
- PC Skills
Job Duties:
- Build and test simple and complex assemblies efficiently
- Troubleshoot and repair product failures
- Work in multiple assembly areas on a given day
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.77 per hour
