**This position is full time and hybrid and located in our Lake Norman, NC office.**
Our fun-loving, ambitious Lake Norman, NC team is seeking a compassionate, caring and high-energy Health and Wellness Sales Consultant to join us in changing lives. As a PHD Health and Wellness Sales Consultant you will experience the fulfillment every day of supporting individuals on their weight loss journey. You will be tasked with introducing potential clients to the life-changing programs that PHD Weight Loss offers and obtaining their commitment to enroll in the program. You will need to have a true desire to help people better their lives and be a strong influence to ensure they see the benefits and take the leap to begin their journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Become a highly effective and proficient PHD Health and Wellness Sales Consultants, inspiring clients to improve their health and transform their lives.
- Primarily responsible for driving client sales and client retention. This role is 80-90% sales and 10-20% health coaching.
- Perform one-on-one, over the phone, nutrition consulting services and general client care based solely on the PHD methodology for our Nationwide program of remote clients.
- Develop personal connections with our clients and provide them support and accountability.
- Help manage day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Be a passionate advocate for health and wellness.
- Create a welcoming environment for all people who walk through the doors.
- Learn, understand and implement the foundation of the PHD dietary methodology.
- Help clients achieve life-changing goals while being their biggest supporter.
What You’ll Bring:
- A proven track record of increasing success in a sales role with a high rate of closing on the spot
- A proven track record of driving sales for an organization
- A proven track record of success in over-the-phone sales with a strong ability to close deals in real time.
- An encouraging, uplifting, and empowering presence
- An innate ability to problem solve within the guidelines of the research based, scientifically proven PHD method of weight loss.
- The ability to thrive and motivate in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience working with clients on a regular basis
- Sales experience in the health and wellness industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

Monday: OFF
Tuesday 8AM–4PM - In office
Wednesday 8AM–4PM - Work From Home
Thursday 11AM–7PM - In office
Friday 8AM–3PM - Work From Home
Saturday 8AM–12PM - In office
Sunday: OFF
Health and Wellness Sales Consultant Compensation:
- Competitive base hourly rate range of $24-$26/hr.
- Commission on closing sales. Unlimited growth based on performance.
- Total annual compensation potential of $55,000-$93,000*
- *Compensation potential is based on consultant performance and hitting projected sales goals.
