You would be called upon to bring inspiration, smarts and clarity to programmatic planning – i.e., someone who sets an agenda teams can happily and confidently take action on. We would challenge you to continuously raise the bar on our programmatic product, helping clients and partners develop more creative media solutions to business challenges plan after plan. You’re a highly skilled self-starter who is organized and confident in your abilities that isn’t afraid to share opinions and new perspectives. Overall, we’d look to you as a convincing expert and persuasive voice who can sell programmatic ideas and strategies to clients and agency partners. You’ll work hand in hand with the Sr. Programmatic Analyst, partnering with the strategy/planning teams and reporting into the Director, Digital.

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Responsibilities
Account Management & Business Growth
- Execute Client level alignment and integration inclusive of Investment brief
- Achieve client sign-off on contract, timelines and deliverables
- Ensure agency and clients provide P&O team all necessary requirements for best in class programmatic planning and activation. Develop communication plan resulting in consistently delivered requirements
- Deep proficiency in all integrated PHD partners (buying platforms, data, etc.); able to plan campaigns based on partner(s) technology capability/functionality
- Developing planning objectives and strategies that are in line with the client’s marketing direction while continually seeking a consumer-centric view in all strategic thinking
- Creating and maintaining solid client relationships at Strategist to Associate Director level on the client teams, including: strategy development, project management, report delivery, and client communication
- Creating and maintaining productive internal team relationships that ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and efficient manner Identifying and selling ideas internally -- ranging from campaign optimization strategies to client management
- Developing a deep understanding of a client’s campaign and digital marketing business needs to service them effectively and convey their needs to internal teams and external partners
- Working closely with the Data Intelligence team to understand current campaign performance and data, mining for opportunities to deliver better performance for assigned clients
- Documenting and communicating client and campaign milestones, deliverables and decision points, either with client teams or directly with clients
- Broad understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the technologies we employ, including DFA, DFP and DART. Playing an integral part in new product development and enhancements with our operations and analytics team
- Meeting regularly with mid-level client counterparts and teams to review campaign performance, develop optimization recommendations and ensure campaign recommendations are implemented
- Project management of contract, timelines, and deliverables for assigned accounts
- Executes Salesforce at the account level inclusive of plugs
- Communicating with the management team on account and group status in a professional manner befitting a senior level team member
- Serve as project leader and mentoring peers along with junior members of the team
- Identifying areas to improve the knowledge or skills of more junior team members
- Leading junior Account staff as assigned, providing ongoing feedback, career coaching and direction
- Develop and present presentations and proposals that clearly state and sell ideas to clients, internal teams and strategic partners
- Deliver and communicate results and campaign milestones in a simple, succinct and compelling fashion
- Bachelor’s degree in: marketing, advertising, communications, engineering, mathematics or statistics. Master’s degree a plus
- 5-7 years of work experience, with recent managerial experience in search or digital advertising within the agency environment
- Previous experience in media/DR management, search or marketing on a managerial level
- Strong advanced knowledge of Microsoft software tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Deep understanding of programmatic is a must, with hands on keyboard experience with DV360 and Verizon (Yahoo)
- Advanced understanding and experience with Ad Trafficking (DoubleClick specific) a plus
- Experience optimizing Display marketing campaigns across DSP, DMP, and Ad Serving platforms.
- Self-starter, capable of setting goals and reporting progress against them
- Attention to detail in a multi-tasking, fast-paced business environment
- Data analysis in Excel, including Pivot Tables & basic statistics
- Strong leadership, communication skills, and a team player

- Strong organizational navigation – able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work well with a matrix’s organization
- Be confident in analyzing and acting on marketing data
