Maintenance Worker

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of our apartment complex. Your role is essential in ensuring that our facilities remain safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing for our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
- Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify issues and report them to management.
- Maintain the exterior and common areas of the community, including landscaping and grounds upkeep.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of turnover units for new residents.

Job Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation
-Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Customer service, positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
