What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nanny/Babysitter position at Phelps Household?
In search of an NANNY. Previous nanny was in this role for 2.5 years, so looking for someone who can commit longer term!
**NOTE, while this role starts as a nanny-share for Spring/Summer 2025, this WILL CHANGE starting Mid August 2025 to a solo family role with two children only.**
- Looking for a professional nanny for a nanny-share with two neighboring families located in the historic district of Franklin, TN. START DATE for this roll is early April 2025!
- This is a part-time position offering a structured schedule of 20 hours per week. Weekly schedule is Monday - Friday from 9am to 1pm. On M/W/F, nanny will have two children (ages 4.5 and 2.5). On T/TH, nanny will have two additional children (ages 2 and 3.5).
- Location will alternate daily between each of the families homes which are located next to one another on the same street. (Up until August 2025)
- Previous nanny experience is required along with CPR course. Light cooking, housekeeping, and laundry (for children only) will be required. Would love someone who could also do date nights!
- NO overnights, travel, or driving/errands required. Although, reliable transportation to/from work is required. This is a live-out role. Nanny is expected to give proper notice if time off is needed. All major holidays are OFF.
- It's important to note, there is one dog in each home and NO allergies in either home.
- This is a 1099 position. Hourly rate will be determined by experience.
