Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the day to day performance and appearance of security officers in the field.
- Training new officers, inspecting all sites, managing security officers in their area of responsibility, providing logistical support to maintain field operations, and developing client relationships.
- Providing rapid response in critical situations.
Field Supervisor Requirements:
- 21 years of age
- Must have Tennessee Armed Security License
- No criminal history and willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
- Minor mechanical experience a plus!
- Good knowledge of the City of Memphis
