What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salon Coordinator/Receptionist position at Phenix Salon Suites?
This is a beautiful upscale salon that provides individual private suites to salon professionals to independently operate their business. We are looking for a presentable and energetic individual with a great attitude that has great attention to detail when it comes to the cleanliness and maintenance of the salon, and cares for it like their own home.
Although we have a nightly cleaning crew, there is LOTS of detailed cleaning and maintenance involved in this job. Duties include but are not limited to vacuuming, baseboard polishing, inventory reporting, plant watering, paint touch up, cleaning vacated suites, mail distribution... etc. The common areas will be the responsibility of the candidate. Applicant will not be responsible for any cleaning or maintenance inside the occupied suites.
Must have the ability to work independently without being supervised. Must also have ability to interact with our tenants and their clients in a professional manner and avoid any drama that can damage the salon environment.
Applicant will also have the opportunity to train on conducting tours of the salon with prospect renters. Applicant will also be meeting with vendors such as plumbers and electricians for scheduled repairs or maintenance.
Hours are Tuesdays thru Saturdays 12pm to 4pm
