Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Processing Assistant to support our fast pace real estate team in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of real estate, mortgage financing and/or real estate law, be detailed oriented with strong organizational and communication skills (both verbally and in writing), have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, and able to work under pressure within time sensitive deadlines.
Experience in E-Closing/ClosingVue software is preferred.

Responsibilities
Detailed order entry is a must.
Answering and directing phone calls.
Email correspondence with all parties of the real estate closing.
Obtain payoffs, real estate tax information, water/sewer final readings, etc.
Assisting processors with a variety of tasks as needed.
Multi-tasking and team player attitude is a must.
Experience
- Previous experience (1-2 years) in a real estate administrative role is required.
