Vice President, Solution Architecture

Job Requirements

As the Vice President, Solution Architecture you will lead a team that plays an integral role in the end to end customer journey including pre-sales support, implementation as well as customer upsells and renewals. You will lead the Solution Architecture team by providing best practices, guidance, and technical expertise for all client projects. You will formulate strategies for our clients and work cross-functionally across the entire organization to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Solution Architecture teams responsible for customer engagements by focusing on maximizing the client's ROI
• Exercise executive consulting skills and a fundamental understanding of HR Technologies, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management practices, roles and challenges in order to provide guidance and best practices
• Recognize, measure, and mitigate risks associated with customer engagements. You must be able to make prudent decisions concerning an organization's time, resources, and personnel to achieve desired outcomes.
• Develop and communicate portfolio performance to executive leadership
• Understand technical architecture and guide technical decisions required to deliver customer solutions
• Be the final point of escalation for customer project issues and drive remediation, working across an array of stakeholder groups.
• Own all input metrics and related decisions in order to drive progress towards annual goals
• Lead client relationships, and internal teams in multiple time zones to ensure deliverables are met
• Create strategies to meet / exceed timelines on competing needs and simultaneous projects, reallocating resources and reprioritizing tasks to best serve clients and the organization.
