Role Overview
This position plays a critical role in driving sustainable revenue growth. This position leads the revenue operations team, optimizing processes and tools to enhance productivity and serves as a strategic partner to GTM leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop competitive sales compensation plans that motivate performance and align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with GTM leadership to develop and refine the go-to-market strategy.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to track performance and generate actionable insights.
- Ensure effective deployment and utilization of GTM systems, collaborating with IT and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 8 years leadership experience in revenue operations within a SaaS environment.
- Experience working with Salesforce, Clari, Groove, and related software with expertise in value selling methodologies.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning.
- Experience partnering with senior sales leadership for GTM growth.
