Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Create a warm and welcoming environment that encourages children to express themselves freely.
- Engage with children through interactive play, storytelling, and educational activities.
- Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents regarding their development.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare.
- Address the individual needs of each child, including those with special education requirements.
Experience
- Previous experience in daycare or childcare settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles is essential.
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, or special education students is highly desirable.
- Skills in caregiving, babysitting, or classroom management will be beneficial.
- A strong understanding of toddler care practices is important for this role.
