Duties
- Welcome and greet clients and visitors.
- Open files.
- Handle incoming calls.
- Interact and support staff.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments while ensuring optimal use of office resources.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a office administrative support role is preferred.
- Experience working in an office setting is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using office software and MS Suite.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
