Performance Honda Fairfield seeks an Experienced Lot Technician for Immediate Hire. The dealership Lot Technician is responsible for our vehicle inventory's overall appearance and readiness, inside and outside the dealership. Our dealership's Lot Tech is pivotal to the success of our business. The Lot Attendant or Porter oversees making sure that our lot and buildings are in perfect shape for automotive sales, service, parts, and especially for our customers.
- This is a full-time position, with full employee benefits
- Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per-hour, (Experience-based)
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should be able to perform essential duties, work well with others, and possess good organizational skills. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Maintains new- and used-vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
- Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
- Drives vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
- Makes key tags for vehicles.
- Photographing vehicles to place on web pages.
- Keeps new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
- Shop maintenance.
- Shuttle service customers.
- Dealer trades.
- Cleans driveway and sidewalks - including snow removal when needed.
- Helps with setting up of any events or community-based activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Ability to follow directions and execute efficiently.
- Good organizational skills.
- Able to move and park all automobiles (automatic and standard transmission).
- Basic computer literacy.
- Driver's license with driving record allowing you to drive customer and company vehicles.
