Position Responsibilities:
- Provide 1-on-1 nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient condition and progress
- Collaborate with team members
- Educate and support families on managing medical conditions and home care procedures
- Always ensure patient safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Position Requirements:
- Graduate with an accredited diploma from an Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
- Hold a current Texas State license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
- Have reliable transportation and proof of current and valid auto liability insurance.
- Ability to lift patients when applicable.
- Trach, Ventilator, IV Infusion and PICC Line experience, a plus.
