Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven individual with a strong background in Advance Practice to take full ownership of sales, recruitment, and client relationships within our Advance Practice division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of business development, from identifying new client opportunities to sourcing and placing top-tier clinicians. You’ll own the entire sales cycle—developing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring successful placements of clinicians. As a key driver of revenue growth, you’ll have a direct impact on our business by delivering high-quality staffing solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. Your success will be measured by your ability to build a robust client base, fill placements efficiently, and consistently achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and target new clients in need of contingent staffing services, with a specialized focus on Advanced Practice roles such as Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physician Assistants (PAs). Utilize cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies to build a strong pipeline of opportunities within the advanced practice healthcare sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions to meet short-term and long-term goals.
- Clinician Recruitment: Proactively source, interview, and evaluate top-tier Advanced Practice clinicians, including Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physician Assistants (PAs), and other healthcare professionals. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clinicians, understanding their career goals and preferences to match them with the right healthcare facilities and organizations for successful placements. Focus on creating a trusted network of clinicians to ensure repeat business and mutual success.
- Full Desk Management: Manage both the client-facing and recruitment aspects of the staffing process. Ensure seamless coordination between clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and close placements that align with business objectives.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Effectively manage client and clinician relationships within the CRM system. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities, placements, and progress.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed of market trends, industry changes, and staffing challenges. Use insights to better position staffing solutions and build strong client partnerships.
- Ongoing Support & Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to both clients and clinicians post-placement to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in contingent staffing, recruitment, or healthcare staffing.
- Strong background in full desk sales, managing both client acquisition and clinician recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of healthcare staffing needs and the challenges of contingent workforce management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience in sales and recruitment for Advanced Practice roles, such as Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physician Assistants (PAs), and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong familiarity with healthcare industry trends, compliance regulations, and staffing requirements specific to advanced practice roles.
- Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and leverage a strong network of clinicians and healthcare clients to drive business growth and secure long-term partnerships.
Location: Ideal candidates will be based in the Cumming, GA area, but we are open to remote work for highly qualified individuals.
