Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in the Education sector to lead business development efforts within our Education division. In this role, you will own the sales process from start to finish—actively prospecting new client opportunities within schools, colleges, and educational institutions, delivering compelling presentations, and closing deals that drive revenue growth. You will build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring our staffing solutions align with their needs and consistently delivering results. Your success will be directly tied to your ability to generate new business, expand our client base, and consistently exceed sales targets, positioning you as a key driver of growth within our Education division.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development : Identify and target new client opportunities within the education sector, including K-12 schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
- Sales Strategy & Prospecting : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to engage new clients and expand market share. Proactively prospect potential clients via cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions, understanding their needs and providing tailored staffing solutions.
- Sales Cycle Management : Own the entire sales process—conducting initial outreach, delivering compelling presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to revenue growth and overall business objectives.
- Market Research & Insights : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics within the education sector to better position sales efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborative Teamwork : Work closely with internal teams (recruitment, operations, and account management) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Reporting & Forecasting : Track sales activity, pipeline, and revenue projections, providing regular updates to leadership on progress toward goals.
- Brand Representation : Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings, enhancing brand visibility and fostering new business relationships.
