Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in the Education sector to lead business development efforts within our Education division. In this role, you will own the sales process from start to finish—actively prospecting new client opportunities within schools, colleges, and educational institutions, delivering compelling presentations, and closing deals that drive revenue growth. You will build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring our staffing solutions align with their needs and consistently delivering results. Your success will be directly tied to your ability to generate new business, expand our client base, and consistently exceed sales targets, positioning you as a key driver of growth within our Education division.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Business Development : Identify and target new client opportunities within the education sector, including K-12 schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Sales Strategy & Prospecting : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to engage new clients and expand market share. Proactively prospect potential clients via cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions, understanding their needs and providing tailored staffing solutions.
  • Sales Cycle Management : Own the entire sales process—conducting initial outreach, delivering compelling presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to revenue growth and overall business objectives.
  • Market Research & Insights : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics within the education sector to better position sales efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborative Teamwork : Work closely with internal teams (recruitment, operations, and account management) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Forecasting : Track sales activity, pipeline, and revenue projections, providing regular updates to leadership on progress toward goals.
  • Brand Representation : Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings, enhancing brand visibility and fostering new business relationships.

Qualifications : Experience :

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or education-related services.
  • Experience in business development, client acquisition, and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Industry Knowledge :

  • Strong understanding of the education sector, including K-12 schools, higher education institutions, and related organizations.
  • Knowledge of staffing trends and challenges within the education space is a plus.
  • Sales Skills :

  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales with key decision-makers.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate the value of staffing solutions to educational institutions.
  • Track Record of Success :

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong track record of client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Relationship Management :

  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiation & Contracting :

  • Experience negotiating contracts and terms with educational institutions and other organizations.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Driven :

  • Strong sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Education & Credentials :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Familiarity with sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Proven experience in sales for the Education sector roles.
  • Strong familiarity with healthcare industry trends , compliance regulations , and staffing requirements specific to advanced practice roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and leverage a strong network of clients to drive business growth and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Location : Ideal candidates will be based in the Cumming, GA area, but we are open to remote work for highly qualified individuals.
