Join one of the Twin Cities’ top professional deck builders! PHI Decks specializes in designing and building high-quality custom composite decks and porches. We’re looking to expand our team with a Lead Deck Builder who is ready to take on a hands-on leadership role.
About the Role:
As a Lead Deck Builder at PHI Decks, you will be actively involved in building projects—not just supervising. You’ll lead a team of three to four crew members, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and efficient project completion. This is a physically active role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for creating stunning outdoor spaces.
What We’re Looking For:
- Construction Experience in deck building, porches, home building, siding, soffit, and fascia (preferred).
- Leadership Experience managing small teams (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work hands-on while guiding and training crew members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and have fun while working.
- A team-oriented mindset—we’re hiring for our full-time team, not sub-contractors.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
