Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to help clients identify their goals and challenges.
- Develop personalized coaching plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide strategies and tools to assist clients in overcoming personal barriers.
- Encourage and motivate clients to stay committed to their self-improvement journey.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and sessions.
- Continuously assess client needs and adapt coaching techniques accordingly.
- Facilitate workshops and group coaching sessions as needed.
- Certification in Life Coaching or a related field (e.g., Psychology, Counseling).
- Proven experience as a Life Coach or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of personal development principles and coaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for helping others achieve their personal and professional goals.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings or weekends as necessary.
