Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis and possess a strong analytical mindset.
Duties
-Assist in executing projects to improve business processes and efficiencies.
-Help with quarterly customer payments and ensure accurate accounting records related to the collection of used cooking oil.
-Support the traceability of used cooking oil and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
-Action the sending of automated pickup emails to customers, ensuring accurate scheduling.
-Generate and distribute reports to internal management regarding operational performance and customer service metrics.
-Assist with route planning for drivers using company software to optimize efficiency.
-Liaise with customers to address ad-hoc issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
-Provide support with other accounting-related tasks and administrative duties as needed.
- Utilize data analysis skills to interpret data sets
- Conduct data quality checks and ensure accuracy of information
- Work on linked data projects to enhance data accessibility and usability
-Speak with Spanish speaking customers for variety of reasons
Qualifications
-Proficiency in Excel
-Proficiency in Spanish
- Understanding of database design principles
- Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively
- Familiarity with linked data concepts is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
