Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Serve as the primary liaison for architects, clients, and subcontractors
- Manage construction timelines and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Monitor and manage project budgets with precision
- Oversee daily on-site activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Read and interpret construction plans and documents
- Coordinate inspections and ensure all regulatory requirements are met
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams
- Solve problems proactively and effectively as they arise
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of practical or educational experience in residential construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities
- Skilled in reading construction blueprints and technical documents
