All positions pay an hourly rate plus amazing tips!!!! Skills, Qualifications and Competencies:

Education and Work Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; FOH positions may currently be enrolled in high school or GED course.
• Prior restaurant experience preferred but will train OTJ.
• Possess or obtain CA Food Handler Card (and RABS certification for Bartender).

Physical Requirements & Other:

• Must be able to hear with 100% accuracy with or without correction.
• Must be able to see 20/20 vision with or without correction.
• Must speak English, read English, bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Ability to walk or stand in one spot for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to occasionally lift objects weighing from 5-25 lbs.
• Ability to frequently bend, crouch, stoop, climb, grasp, pull, and push objects.
• Possess a moderate to high level of mobility, dexterity and endurance.
• Ability to work with touch screen computer ordering systems, credit card processing equipment, radio headsets, paging devices and phone system.
• Ability to work in a busy and sometimes loud work environment.
• Ability to occasionally work in a refrigerated environment.
• Ability to work in an environment with heat, odor, fumes, steam, and smoke from an open flame wood grill.
• Minimum age 18 to work in the Heart of House (Kitchen)
• Minimum age 21 for Bartender position
• Valid driver license for minimum of 3 years and acceptable driving record for delivery driver position

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $29.00 per hour
