What You’ll Do as a Retail Store Manager Trainee :

Learn & manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.

Assist and encourage maintaining the store’s appearance and cleanliness.

Lead by example, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Oversee cash handling and daily reconciliations.

Support store sales goals and operational objectives.
