Employees in this class are assigned to work in buildings with responsibility for responding to the corrective needs of building structures, equipment and system components. Work involves prolonged awkward positions, the lifting of heavy objects and some disagreeable environmental conditions. Employees receive general supervision from a maintenance superior.
