The employee in this class is responsible for and participates in the preparation of federally mandated workforce statistical analysis reports on the City’s workforce. Reviewing requests for accommodations in Civil Service testing, maintaining contact with equal opportunity compliance agencies, and establishing and monitoring equal employment opportunity components of the workforce in collaboration with human resources community are significant aspects of the work. Work is performed under the general direction of a Deputy Director of Human Resources.
