What You'll Do

- Craft beautiful chocolate creations, including seasonal specialties like Easter eggs and bunnies

- Learn and master chocolate tempering techniques

- Operate chocolate-making equipment

- Maintain strict food safety standards

- Work with a team of passionate chocolate artisans

- Participate in quality control (yes, that means tasting chocolate!)

Required Qualifications

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Ability to follow precise recipes and procedures

- Understanding of food safety practices (training provided)

- Reliable and punctual

- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds

- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous food production experience

- Knowledge of chocolate-making techniques

- Food handler's certification

- Experience with commercial kitchen equipment
