Position Summary
The Associate Registrar at PCOM Georgia plays a key role in supporting the Registrar’s Office by overseeing course scheduling, student records management, compliance processes, and graduation activities for PCOM Georgia and PCOM South Georgia campuses. Reporting to the Registrar, this position serves as a representative on various committees and acts as the School Certifying Official (SCO) for PCOM Georgia. The Associate Registrar ensures the integrity, accuracy, and security of student academic records while facilitating seamless communication across all three PCOM campuses. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent service to students, faculty, and staff.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Represents Registrar at various committees for PCOM Georgia and PCOM South Georgia.
- Responsible for course scheduling and events for PCOM Georgia and PCOM South Georgia.
- Responsible for NSLDS and Clearinghouse processes.
- Act as School Certifying Official (SCO) for PCOM Georgia.
- Develop improved communications for departments across all three campuses.
- Assist students with various requests such as transcripts and verifications.
- Assist with graduation process for PCOM Georgia and PCOM South Georgia.
- Provide reports as needed related to:
- Student and program enrollment
- Class rank
- Other program and student-related reports as needed
- Provide customer service for Registrar Office constituents
- Protect confidentiality of student academic records by enforcing the provisions of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Acts (FERPA).
- Other duties as assigned.
Education
- GED, High School Diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree in higher education administration, business administration, student services, or a related field preferred .
- Five (5) years work experience in a Registrar’s office or related to student services unit.
- Experience in managing preferred .
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Detail-oriented and strong organization skills.
- Experience working with student information systems. Banner experience strongly preferred .
- Experience working with Microsoft Office products and G Suite

Salary : $62,000 - $70,000
