POSITION SUMMARY
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is a key executive leadership role responsible for leading and driving the overall HR strategy for the organization. The CHRO plays a critical role in developing and executing human capital strategies aligned with the company's goals. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, diversity, and compliance on
Philadelphia and Georgia Campuses (Suwanee and Moultrie). The CHRO partners with the executive team to foster a culture of performance, engagement, and inclusivity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will perform the following duties, with or without reasonable accommodations :
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
- Partner with the executive team to shape organizational growth, culture, and employee engagement initiatives.

Salary Range : $190,000 - 215,000
