Kids' Club Summer Camp Counselor
Our Summer Camp Counselors supervise, lead, teach, and assist with Summer Camp activities including: swimming, golf, tennis, and games. This role must foster an enthusiastic and positive learning environment with the ability to build relationships with campers to assess individual needs and interests.
Philadelphia Country Club Kid's Camp runs from Monday through Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm from June to August.
Job Requirements:
- At least one year of related experience, preferred.
- CPR/AED Certified, preferred.
Competencies:
- Ability to work with children, interact with all age levels, inspire confidence and enthusiasm and the capability to relate to children in a positive manner.
- Able to respond appropriately to situations requiring first aid; ability to act quickly, calmly, and effectively in emergencies.
- A good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and has the ability to inspire, coach, train, and develop Campers and serve as a mentor.
- White performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to lift or move up to 30 pounds. The Camp is held outdoors weather permitting.
