Philadelphia Couples Therapy is a doctoral-level group practice geared toward a twofoldmission: creating a professional environment for clinicians that is supportive, collaborative, andultimately a place to call work home, and providing the best support possible for couples in allphases and stages of romantic development.
We are currently hiring for postdoctoral positions for 2025-2026. Clinicians will see bothindividuals and couples, and for those who are interested, run groups. Clinicians can alsoadminister both couples and individual assessments, which is a gratifying way to diversify yourprofessional life. Our cutting edge couples treatment team is sustained through extensiveconsultation, supervision, and training of clinicians in addition to just plain old enjoyment of theworkplace.
Our suite is in the historic Wells Fargo building on the 22nd floor with expansive views of theDelaware River, a space that provides a warm and inviting clinical environment for our cliniciansto spend the day. Minimum requirements:
- Candidates must have completed all requirements for a Doctoral degree by start date (PhD, PsyD)
- Passionate about doing therapy and persistently deepening clinical and theoreticalknowledge
- Personally growth and insight-oriented, open to beginning personal treatment if notalready in therapy
- Deeply interested in working collaboratively in a treatment team model
- Affinity for couples work
- Prepared to wholly and thoughtfully dive into a full-time position (25 scheduled clinicalhours per week or more, 20 seen)
