Position Summary
The Social Media Seasonal Associate will assist the team with maintaining all Philadelphia Eagles social media platforms, including content creation, copywriting, and posting. Candidates should have a passion for creativity and innovation, as well as a strong understanding of the following social platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This position will work within the Eagles Entertainment department and will collaborate alongside other departments including Corporate Sales, Marketing, and Community Relations.

This position reports to the Social Media Coordinator
Position Responsibilities
- Assist the social team with maintaining official Philadelphia Eagles team and ancillary accounts through posting content, responding to fan inquiries, and monitoring general activity
- Tag content within our social analytics platform, Emplifi
- Respond quickly and appropriately to social and sports trends on digital platforms, capitalizing on timely moments that are relevant to the Eagles team and brand
- Remain educated on digital best practices and apply to our digital and social strategy
- Work all home and road games to assist with execution of the gameday content plan

Qualifications
- Must be a recent graduate who has completed, within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree from a qualifying educational institution
- This position currently is subject to a COVID-19 vaccination and booster requirement, subject to applicable law
- Possess a strong attention to detail
- Experience working with and a strong understanding of social media platforms, their demographics, analytics, etc. in a professional environment
- Experience covering events and storytelling on social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Flexible to work nights and weekends (when necessary)
