We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated, Event Sales Assistant to join the team. This position requires a proactive individual who is self-motivated, results-driven, and to work independently. The successful candidate will have a passion for helping others, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in an ever-evolving environment. The right candidate for our Event Sales Assistant position will have exceptional people skills and will be comfortable interacting with a variety of customers from different backgrounds to find them the best home solutions.
Job Duties As An Event Sales Assistant:
- Assist clients at events in enrolling in new services that meet the needs of them and their family
- Deliver an outstanding level of service that reflects favorably on our customers and leaves a positive lasting impression
- Complete the enrollment process with the client from start to finish while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Meet or exceed company-assigned revenue and shipment goals while understanding the profitability needs of the company
- Meet with clients in person daily to assess business needs, manage complex customer transactions, and address client issues
- Develop a working knowledge of company history, policies, pricing, tariff rules, and company scope of operations
- Meet sales goals through effective prospecting, client meetings, and closing deals
Qualifications & Skills Needed For The Event Sales Assistant:
- Self-motivated, high-energy individual who can execute plans of action
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, specific to a sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to assess a customer's needs quickly and close sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.89 - $21.02 per hour
