Philadelphia Marriott West Hotel is currently seeking a Front Office Associate/ Guest Service Agent with a strong background in hotel and hospitality service at our hotel located in West Conshohocken, PA.

- Must have basic knowledge in computer

- Physical stamina for being on your feet throughout shifts

- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Flexibility in scheduling will include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous hotel experience is an advantage
Position Summary
As a Front Desk Associate or Guest Service Agent, you have the responsibility to give our guests the best hospitality experience they can have by:
- Checking in arriving guest efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times
- Assist guest with a high level of service and hospitality
- Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues and see all are met to satisfaction in timely manner
- Post guest charges, collect payments and follow all cash handling procedures as required set by the company
- Handle guest issues with respect to privacy and professionalism
- Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs such as rewards membership programs
- Strictly follow company processes and procedures and implement rules and regulations
- Be a great communicator to various departments and management on guest comments and concerns
- Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance
- Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
- Willing to help and assist fellow associate and be a valuable team member
