General Description :
Assist as instructed with the review and processing of photographs and other data captured by an automated camera system related to potential violations of the Philadelphia Traffic Code.
Principal Duties
Work in an office environment and use a computer to observe digital information (e.g. photographs, videos, and other data). The purpose of the observation is to determine if a violation of the Philadelphia Traffic Code has occurred pursuant to specific criteria that will be provided by supervisors.
Upon completion of the review of available digital data and other information, determine if a notice of violation should be issued pursuant to specific criteria that will be provided by supervisors.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- The ability to sit and look at a computer screen while observing and understanding photographs, videos, and other data including numbers and words written in the English language.
- The ability to operate a computer, comprehend written instructions, and write clearly and concisely with minimal supervision. Knowledge of current versions of MS Word and Excel is required.
- Knowledge of the Title 12 of the Philadelphia Traffic Code as it pertains to the issuance of parking violations.
Minimum Acceptable Training, Experience, and Education
Schedule : 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
Salary : $46,350 - $57,485
