General Description :
The Authority is looking for individuals to assist the Taxicab and Limousine Division’s (TLD) Administration and Enforcement Departments with customer service and inspection operations.
Principal Duties :
Administration Department : Processing Specialists serve in the front-line of the Department by working at the Customer Service Window. Duties include processing new / renewing driver applications, processing PennDOT paperwork, accepting payments for fines and assessments, processing miscellaneous filings, forwarding documentation to the Office of the Clerk, daily money intake / reconciliation and processing CPC renewals.
Enforcement Department : Processing Specialists schedule taxicab, limousine, and TNC inspections, receive driver documents, prepare folders, accept inspection payments, track results and failures, issue return inspection dates, data entry, record, file, and control PPA inspection stickers.

Working Hours : During normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
Minimum Acceptable Training, Experience, and Education :
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Computer competency : learning and navigating through the TLD’s database (TLA) and other software such as AutoProcess and meter systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, customer service skills, public speaking, and organizational skills.
- Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
Salary : $47,043 - $62,854
