Job Details:
- Scheduling staff & prioritizing client requests
- Manage client profiles, invoicing clients, payroll, & other back-end office paperwork.
- Supervising staff members for day to day & weekly operational performances.
- Enforcing policies to all staff members and clients
- Setting up interview with potential staff members & meet/greets with new clients.
- Answering phone messages and other correspondences
- Managing relationships with affiliates, vendors, & other businesses
- Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
- Staying current on the latest industry trends and techniques
- Other administrative tasks
Job Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor relations
- Has Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills
- Has the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team.
- Time Management Skills (Being On time & Also Managing Tasks)
Job Requirements
- Must have a vehicle and insurance (Must live in one of our service areas or within a 15 Minute radius of 19144).
- Must be able to start work Monday, Wednesday, & Friday and Be on Call. 10-15 hours a week to start. Possibility to become a full- time position.
- Job requires to be remote and travel work.
This job is very fast paced, high energy, and hands on. Must love animals!!!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
