What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Event Staff, WSFS Bank Sportsplex position at Philadelphia Union?
The Event Staff members are responsible for the operations of all weekend events and tournaments that are hosted at the WSFS Bank Sportsplex. This is a part-time, hourly position, which will not exceed 29 hours per week. All weekday and weekend event availability is required.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Individuals will serve as the main point of contact for tournament and event directors.
- Open and close gates for outside groups.
- Turn field lights on and off when needed.
- Ensure all fields are clean at the conclusion of each event.
- Turn on portable lights around the complex.
- Enforce parking rules and expectations.
- Monitor trash cans on fields and empty them when necessary.
- Prepare fields for major events.
- Reports directly to the Manager, Programs and Events
This position requires the following clearances:
- PA Child Abuse History clearance
- PA State Police Criminal Records Check
- An FBI Criminal Background Check
- SafeSport Certification
