What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaper/Gardener/Jardineros (exp req'd) position at Philco Building Maintenance?
We are currently looking for a landscaper to join our team!
We are located in Concord, but we serve more than 70 commercial properties in Contra Costa, Alameda and Solano Counties.
Responsibilities:
- Mow, trim and fertilize the grass areas.
- Trim the bushes and prune the trees.
- Help with the unloading and loading of work trucks.
- Help with the installation of the plant materials.
- Perform work such as digging, raking, sweeping and lifting heavy objects.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of preferred experience
- Must have experience working with equipment (lawn mowers, leaf blowers, herbicides, trimmers, etc.)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work outdoors all day doing physical work
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUI in the last 5 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
