Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Shifts

Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to join our dedicated team providing high-quality home care services to clients in the Northern Virginia Area!.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Help with mobility and transferring
- Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
- Assist with medication reminders and appointments
- Run errands and provide transportation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor health and report any changes to the family or care team
Requirements:
- Valid CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health aid or caregiving
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Current TB test and health screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years or older
- Compassionate nature and a genuine enjoyment of working with seniors
