As an Asset Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and managing assets effectively to ensure optimal equipment availability and reliability throughout their lifecycle. This includes developing and implementing maintenance strategies, procedures, and routines to facilitate cost-efficient, high-quality maintenance, modifications, and improvements. You will ensure compliance with PMI standards while driving performance to meet customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Asset Management, maintain and update manufacturing equipment asset register.
  • Develop and maintain maintenance strategies.
  • Perform asset and equipment inventory.
  • Integrate new equipment, perform necessary risk assessments, and contribute to the preparation of related documentation to comply with legal and internal requirements.
  • Ensure that all machine documentation is up-to-date and readily available.
  • Monitor and update the machine standardization plan linked to process improvements, ensuring adherence to the Change Management process.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability.
  • Develop and enhance proactive, cost-effective maintenance strategies based on best practices and proven techniques.
  • Ensure maintenance processes and data are accurately recorded in relevant systems, such as SAP/CMMS or logbooks.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Technical School or Graduated Engineering degree with experience in continuous improvement roles with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma or similar.
  • More than 2 years of experience in manufacturing facilities or similar.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Well-developed IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP, PLM)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaboration, teamwork, customer orientation, quick learning, and attention to detail.
  • This position is on-site five days a week.

Annual Base Salary- $ 84,600- $ 108,000
