We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the IT Delivery Lead B2B. This role will spearhead the rollout of our global solutions in the US and will be the bridge between our Operating Center (OC) and the US business.
As an IT Delivery Lead B2B, you will need to ensure the successful end to end implementation of all necessary features which are in the scope of US B2B portfolio. This will require the mobilization and coordination of various cross-functional agile teams, from development teams, configuration teams to release teams. You will make sure that all teams involved in technical design, development, testing and release management, are delivering what the internal stakeholders expect until the features are successfully live.

Your ‘day To Day’
- Be the go-to person for the IT team and business stakeholders for the delivery status of a global program
- Coordinate, mobilize and synchronize respective product teams and product backlogs to ensure the proper delivery of the program
- Foster strong vendor relationships to ensure that IT solutions and services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with global IT standards and best practices.
- Develop and manage a local IT team in the US, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they are highly competent and motivated.
- Enable digital services for our Customers and Retailers by collaborating with local, regional and central functions
- Drive the implementation & adoption of new digital technologies
- Work in conjunction with team members and key stakeholders to prepare and implement the B2B Roadmap
- Identify and manage risks to the delivery, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and other stakeholders, to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years working within the B2B area of an FMCG or similar environment.
- Proven track record of implementing agile methodologies and utilizing advanced project management tools. PMP certification or similar is a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, e-ordering, master data management, trade engagement or similar systems tailored to FMCG industry needs.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective conveyance of complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data security and compliance regulations relevant to the FMCG industry
- Legally Authorized to work in the U.S.
