Your ‘day To Day’

• As an IT Security Analyst - First Line of Defense Analyst at PMI, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the company's digital assets and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company information. You will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to cybersecurity incidents, as well as implementing and maintaining security measures to protect PMI's information systems.
• Cybersecurity Incident Handling: Respond to cybersecurity incidents and mitigate their impact on the company's systems, users, and information.
• Compliance and Training: Participate in PMI's Global Compliance Training Program to enhance your knowledge and understanding of applicable rules and requirements.
• Information Protection: Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company information by adhering to PMI's data handling policies and procedures.
• Service Management: Collaborate with Service Managers and Service Integrators to foster a culture of trust and Information security.
• Governance and Monitoring: Support governance and lead-by-example behavior by consistently practicing information security measures.
• Implement effective management of vulnerabilities, endpoint-hardening, and incidents according to PMI playbooks. This approach aims to minimize the time required for resolution while systematically decreasing the existing backlog.
• Take charge of vendor and third-party communication, as well as the tracking and remediation of vulnerabilities and controls, ensuring a proactive incident response strategy.
• Take charge of securing our environment by leading incident response efforts in a collaborative, cross-functional setting, steering incident resolution towards excellence.
• Innovate and enhance PMI's response capabilities through the development of cutting-edge Incident Response initiatives, ensuring a more effective and swift remediation of security incidents.
• Delve into security incident root causes, conducting thorough analysis and steering the implementation of containment and mitigation strategies for a fortified defense posture. Your expertise ensures a proactive stance against security challenges.
• Assist operational teams with risk identification, assessment, and management. monitors the environment to identify and treat areas of noncompliance with internal policies, practices, and controls.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• PREFERRED: Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA12.
• PREFERRED: Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and other IT service management tools.
• Knowledge of anti-corruption and conflict of interest regulations.
• REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• REQUIRED: Proven experience in cybersecurity incident handling and response.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements and data protection regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
