In this position, as a Maintenance Lead for our Aurora, Colorado Plant, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and execution of key maintenance strategies on the operating floor and ensuring the proper execution of maintenance cycles. You’ll develop procedures and routines with your maintenance team to ensure that maintenance, modifications, and equipment improvements in your scope of responsibility are executed with quality and safety.

Your Day-to-day

  • Coordinate the Electronic and Mechanical maintenance team to bring to life the calendar of tasks that need to be performed on each line, including inspection, cleaning, and lubrication.
  • Ensure machine documentation is updated and available in our Progressive Maintenance system and logbooks.
  • Manage and control the spare budget in Operations, maximizing unit life expectancy and finding ways to reduce cost without sacrificing reliability.
  • Develop and/or improve proactive and cost-effective maintenance strategies based on suitable techniques and procedures.
  • Responsible for optimal maintenance standards

Who We're Looking For

  • University/master's degree in engineering or equivalent education.
  • More than 3 years of experience in manufacturing facilities or similar.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaboration, teamwork, customer orientation, quick learning, and attention to detail.

Annual Base Salary Range: $86,560-$119,000

The company also provides basic life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, and short-term and long-term disability insurance to employees at no cost. Employees have the option to purchase supplemental life and AD&D coverage for themselves, spouse, and dependent children.
