Your Day-to-day
In this role, you will oversee electrical, electronic, process control, and connectivity activities on the manufacturing floor. Your responsibilities include ensuring the maintenance, upgrades, and improvements of equipment under your scope are implemented cost-effectively, with high quality, and in compliance with PMI standards. You will play a key role in maintaining overall equipment performance and driving customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities
- Optimize process controls by establishing effective adjustment and calibration procedures.
- Identify and recommend electrical and network hardware, firmware, and software that meet process control requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve technical questions regarding installations and control devices.
- Analyze frequent electrical breakdowns, waste, and product inconsistencies, and propose corrective actions to improve productivity and quality.
- Coordinate electrical, electronic, and process control-related installations and modifications of production equipment.
- Maintain and update electrical technical documentation to reflect modifications or improvements.
- Support qualification and validation activities, including Computer System Validation following changes or upgrades.
- Contribute to vulnerability management by determining the applicability of security patches, applying patches, or coordinating vendor support when needed.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and assist users on operational technology (OT) systems.
- Provide ongoing technical support to production teams to ensure optimal operation of process control systems.
- Offer coaching and guidance to other technical specialists.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics preferred).
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing facilities or a related environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with Allen Bradley hardware
- Programming skills (ControlLogix, Cognex In-Sight vision suite, Ignition)
- A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, who is customer-oriented, detail-focused, and quick to learn.
